The kit includes one base plate with M8 internal thread, one M8 threaded rod 200 mm long, one pipe clamp with M8 internal thread sized for pipe outer diameter 32 mm, and fastening hardware for installation. The base plate measures 80 x 30 x 3 mm (L x W x H) and is made of galvanised steel for durable support in wet or solvent-exposed lab areas. Together the components allow rigid, adjustable positioning of b.safe waste pipes at a defined stand-off from the mounting surface. Net weight of the set is 0,245 kg. Supplied as one complete set from manufacturer Bohlender, the holder is intended for permanent or semi-permanent routing of waste tubing beside HPLC systems, fume hoods and waste collection points, keeping lines organised and mechanically protected without improvised brackets.

What is this article?
b.safe Mount for Waste Pipes, Ø 32 mm, M8 x 200 mm glavanized steel, set consist is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bohlender for laboratory use. It sits in Solvent waste caps, safety funnels & canisters, inside Waste disposal, in Lab safety equipment.
A solvent waste cap and a safety funnel close a waste can so vapour does not fill the room, while still letting waste be poured in. The thread has to match the can. A filter and a level indicator are common features. An open beaker of waste solvent is not this article.
Laboratory waste is sorted before it is carried away. A solvent waste can has a cap and often a funnel that limits vapour. A sharps container is rigid and closable. An autoclave bag is for material that will be sterilised before it is ordinary waste. The container has to survive the chemical that goes into it. A bag that dissolves is not a container. Classification of the chemicals is on ECHA. Transport of dangerous goods is the UNECE framework. Workplace practice is EU-OSHA.
