Charging carousel 2 Xplorer is a combined storage and charging station designed for up to six Eppendorf Xplorer® or Xplorer® plus electronic pipettes. It charges as many as four instruments simultaneously while the remaining units are charged sequentially. The unit is supplied with charging trays and a plug-in power supply; additional charging trays and pipette holders are available as options. When equipped with optional trays the carousel also stores and charges Multipette® E3/E3x and Multipette® stream/Xstream. Combined with the optional pipette holder it is equally suitable for mechanical Eppendorf pipettes. Holders and trays are interchangeable without tools. A carrying handle enables convenient relocation between benches, a magnetic mains connection allows quick attachment, and intelligent charging electronics are paired with a compact power supply. Large rubber feet protect against spilled liquids, unused cable can be wound up, and four interchangeable country plugs cover 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz.
