Description
CHROMABOND QuEChERS Mix XIX is a Diamino/C18 ec clean-up mix prepared according to AOAC guidance for QuEChERS residue analysis. Each unit contains 150 mg magnesium sulfate (MgSO4), 50 mg CHROMABOND Diamino and 50 mg CHROMABOND C18 ec, corresponding to a 0,25 g clean-up portion. The sorbents are individually pre-weighed into 2 mL centrifuge tubes with snap caps, a compact format suited to small extract volumes and micro-scale dispersive SPE. Diamino and endcapped C18 phases work together to reduce polar matrix co-extractives and lipophilic interferences before GC or LC determination. Packs of 50 tubes from manufacturer Macherey-Nagel support standardised clean-up in food, feed and environmental laboratories that follow AOAC-oriented QuEChERS protocols. Pre-filled tubes limit manual weighing, improve batch-to-batch consistency and streamline high-throughput sample preparation on the analytical bench.

Questions about Chromab. QuEChERS Mix XIX (0.25 g), 2 mL
What is this article?
Chromab. QuEChERS Mix XIX (0.25 g), 2 mL is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Macherey-Nagel for laboratory use. It sits in SPE cartridges & columns, inside SPE & sample preparation, in Chromatography equipment.
An SPE cartridge holds a bed of sorbent. Bed mass, sorbent chemistry and volume are the specification. A 100 mg C18 cartridge and a 1 g C18 cartridge take different sample loads and different elution volumes. The method names all three.
Solid-phase extraction holds a compound on a sorbent while the rest of the sample is washed away, then releases it in a small volume. The sorbent, the bed mass and the solvents are the method. Silica, ion exchangers and polymer phases do different jobs. A flash column is the same idea scaled toward purification rather than trace cleanup. The molecules are on PubChem, named by IUPAC.
