Description

Screw cap with dropper DIN-18 for 100 ml vials is a polypropylene (PP) screw closure fitted with a seal, a silicone pipette bulb and a glass pipette. Supplied in a pack of 20 pieces, it converts matching laboratory glass vials into practical dropper bottles for controlled liquid dispensing. The DIN-18 thread is intended for 100 ml vials and works with glass vials bearing the article designations FRGA, FRGN, FRGB and FRGG, allowing those bottles to be used as dropper bottles once the closure is fitted. The combination of a sealing screw cap, flexible silicone bulb and glass pipette supports dropwise transfer of reagents and solutions in routine laboratory workflows. Net weight of the pack is 0,145 kg. This dropper-cap assembly from manufacturer Labbox is suited to pipette-bottle and dropper-bottle applications where a reliable DIN-18 polypropylene closure with integrated glass pipette is required. The polypropylene construction provides a durable screw interface, while the silicone bulb and glass pipette complete the dropper function for everyday bench use with the compatible vial series.

What is this article?

Counter drop screw cap for 100 ml DIN-18 neck bottle, 20 pcs is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Labbox for laboratory use. It sits in Pasteur pipettes, inside Pipettes & pipette tips, in Lab consumables.

A Pasteur pipette is an uncalibrated glass or plastic transfer pipette. It moves a drop. It does not measure. Glass ones are pulled to a tip. Plastic ones are a single piece. Neither belongs in a result that needs a stated volume.

A pipette moves a measured volume. A volumetric pipette delivers one line. A graduated pipette delivers along a scale. A Pasteur pipette is an uncalibrated transfer. A piston pipette uses a tip, and the tip has to seal on that pipette. A filter tip adds a barrier so aerosol from the sample does not reach the piston. Serological pipettes are the long graduated tubes used with a controller. The volume and the fit are the specification. Piston pipettes are treated under ISO laboratory apparatus. In-vitro work also meets ISO in vitro diagnostic systems.
