Description
Ion exchanger SG-2000-SK is a mixed-bed stainless steel ion-exchange cartridge for generating fully demineralised water in laboratory and process applications. The unit is filled with MB400 mixed-bed resin at a resin volume of 13 l and is fitted with quick-coupling connections DN 10 for rapid installation. Manufactured from stainless steel 1.4571, it withstands working pressures up to 10 bar. Optimised internal water guidance from manufacturer Evoqua Water Technologies ensures effective use of the resin bed. Nominal capacity is 2000 l to 20 µS/cm at 10 °dH GSG, maximum flow rate is 450 l/h, and maximum water temperature is 40 °C. The cartridge measures 230 mm in diameter and 410 mm in height. Conductivity meters and hoses or electrodes are available separately, supporting integration into pure-water systems that require ready-to-use mixed-bed demineralisation performance in a compact pressure-rated housing.

Questions about Deionizer - SG-2000-SK
What is this article?
Deionizer - SG-2000-SK is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Evoqua Water Technologies for laboratory use. It sits in Sorbents, silica gel & ion exchangers, inside SPE & sample preparation, in Chromatography equipment.
Loose sorbent, silica gel and ion-exchange resin are the phases bought in bulk to pack a column or to stir into a solution. Particle size and activity, or the ion-exchange capacity, are the specification. A TLC silica and a flash silica of different particle sizes are not the same separation.
Solid-phase extraction holds a compound on a sorbent while the rest of the sample is washed away, then releases it in a small volume. The sorbent, the bed mass and the solvents are the method. Silica, ion exchangers and polymer phases do different jobs. A flash column is the same idea scaled toward purification rather than trace cleanup. The molecules are on PubChem, named by IUPAC.
Which category should I open next?
