Ion exchanger SG-2800-SK is a high-quality empty stainless steel ion-exchange cartridge for laboratory and process water demineralisation. Supplied without resin, the unit provides a resin capacity of 20,5 l and uses quick-coupling connections DN 10 for fast installation and cartridge change-out. Constructed from stainless steel 1.4571, it can be operated at working pressures up to 10 bar. Optimised internal water guidance from manufacturer Evoqua Water Technologies supports excellent utilisation of the resin bed once the cartridge is filled. Nominal capacity is 2800 l to 20 µS/cm at 10 °dH GSG, with a maximum flow rate of 800 l/h and a maximum water temperature of 40 °C. Vessel dimensions are 239 mm diameter and 560 mm height. Conductivity meters, hoses and electrodes are available separately, enabling flexible integration into pure-water and full-demineralisation systems that require a robust, pressure-rated empty cartridge.
