Description
Ion exchanger SG-7000 is a mixed-bed ion exchanger with 55 l resin volume for producing fully demineralised water. The cartridge is filled with MB400 mixed-bed resin and fitted with a hose screw connection AG 1 1/4''. Manufactured in stainless steel (1.4571), it can be operated at working pressures up to 10 bar. Nominal capacity is 7000 l down to 20 µS/cm at 10 °dH total hardness, with a maximum flow rate of 2000 l/h and a maximum water temperature of 40 °C. Vessel diameter is 360 mm and height 660 mm; net weight is 50 kg (gross 53 kg). Optimised internal water routing from manufacturer Evoqua Water Technologies supports efficient utilisation of the resin bed. Conductivity meters and hoses or electrodes are available separately. This robust stainless-steel mixed-bed unit suits laboratory and process installations that need reliable demineralised-water generation under elevated pressure, combining practical hose fittings with a high resin inventory for extended service between regenerations or exchanges.

Questions about Deionizer - SG-7000, 1 1/4'', 55 Liter
What is this article?
Deionizer - SG-7000, 1 1/4'', 55 Liter is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Evoqua Water Technologies for laboratory use. It sits in Sorbents, silica gel & ion exchangers, inside SPE & sample preparation, in Chromatography equipment.
Loose sorbent, silica gel and ion-exchange resin are the phases bought in bulk to pack a column or to stir into a solution. Particle size and activity, or the ion-exchange capacity, are the specification. A TLC silica and a flash silica of different particle sizes are not the same separation.
Solid-phase extraction holds a compound on a sorbent while the rest of the sample is washed away, then releases it in a small volume. The sorbent, the bed mass and the solvents are the method. Silica, ion exchangers and polymer phases do different jobs. A flash column is the same idea scaled toward purification rather than trace cleanup. The molecules are on PubChem, named by IUPAC.
