Detectable spoon with long handle, 20 ml, is a blue polystyrene (PS) disposable sampling spoon formulated with a special additive so that it remains visible to metal detectors and X-ray systems as well as colour scanners. Combined with the non-natural blue shade, this supports HACCP, IFS and BRC foreign-body management in food, feed and pharmaceutical production. The spoon is used to take powders, granules, pastes or liquids; the long handle reaches container bottoms and narrow openings on drums, canisters and bottles. Notches on the grip ensure a firm hold. Overall length is 375 mm, handle length 300 mm, blade 68 mm by 48 mm. Cleanroom-made (class 7), individually packed and sterilised for single use, and aligned with EU food-contact and FDA guidelines, it fits sensitive laboratory and process sampling.
