Description
Elitex Stir 52G digital magnetic stirrer with heating is a laboratory hotplate stirrer for volumes up to 20 L, with plate temperature adjustable up to 550 °C. The square Ceran heating plate measures 184 × 184 mm and provides 1150 W heating power, with three heating modes—fast, standard and constant—for flexible thermal control. Stirring speed ranges from 50 to 1500 min⁻¹, and a timer covers 1 min to 99 h 59 min. An LCD display shows actual and programmed speed, temperature and time for clear process monitoring. The unit from manufacturer Labbox is supplied with an external temperature sensor, support rod and one magnetic stir bar, and uses a brushless maintenance-free motor for stir bars up to 80 mm. Two independent safety circuits disconnect power on overheating above 580 °C, sensor error or short circuit, while a “HOT” warning indicates residual plate heat after switch-off. External dimensions are 360 × 230 × 110 mm; operation is 200–240 V / 50–60 Hz, protection class IP21, with EU cable. Pack size is 1 pc.
This article is part of Magnetic stirrers, in Stirring, shaking & mixing.

Questions about Digital magnetic stirrer with heating up to 550 °C, Elitex Stir 52G, 20 L, EU pl
What is this article?
Digital magnetic stirrer with heating up to 550 °C, Elitex Stir 52G, 20 L, EU pl is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Labbox for laboratory use. It sits in Magnetic stirrers, inside Stirring, shaking & mixing, in Lab instruments.
A magnetic stirrer is the motor and the plate under the flask. Many also heat. The stirring capacity is the litres of a water-like liquid it can turn, and a viscous liquid defeats a rating that was measured on water.
Stirring keeps a mixture uniform or helps a solid dissolve. A magnetic stirrer spins a bar inside a closed vessel. An overhead stirrer drives a shaft when the liquid is viscous or the volume is large. A vortex mixer agitates a tube. A shaker moves a whole rack or a plate. The shape of the impeller and the speed decide whether the liquid turns over or merely spins. The vessels being stirred are indexed under ISO laboratory glassware.
