DURAN® GL 45 HPLC bottle accessories and spare parts centre on a pressure equalisation set for the DURAN® HPLC screw closure, supplied with a 0,2 µm membrane filter. Within the complete DURAN® HPLC bottle system a pressure- and vacuum-resistant bottle is combined with a GL 45 PP screw cap carrying four ports, allowing up to three stations to be fed from one vessel while a sterile pressure equalisation line is applied at the fourth outlet. Different tubing diameters of 1,6 mm and 3,2 mm can be connected; unused ports may be sealed with blanking plugs. The optional sterile pressure equalisation path uses the 0,2 µm membrane filter. The ready system comprises a DURAN® pressure plus bottle rated from −1 to +1,5 bar gauge, the four-port GL 45 PP screw cap, four black M8 screw closures and silicone seals. From manufacturer Duran/DWK Life Sciences, these accessories support safe transfer of liquids in closed systems and solvent supply to HPLC instruments. Supplied as a single non-sterile piece.
