DURAN® GL 45 Premium replacement sealing disc is a high-performance PTFE-coated silicone gasket manufactured from PFA, PTFE and silicone for chemically and thermally demanding laboratory processes. The materials meet FDA, USP, EP and JP requirements and correspond to USP Class VI pharmaceutical quality; the polymer is high-purity and free from dyes. Exceptional temperature resistance allows use in hot-air or dry-heat sterilization and depyrogenation up to 260 °C. The PTFE-coated silicone sealing disc ensures tight closure of bottles and is particularly suitable for storage and transport of sensitive contents. Fully compatible with GL 25 and GL 45 threads, the disc offers versatile application across laboratory bottle systems.
