DURAN® volumetric flask, Class A, with individual certificate and CoC and blue print is a precision borosilicate glass 3.3 vessel for exact volumetric work. This clear 250 ml flask carries a permanently fired blue graduation and ring mark for high visibility and meets the tightest volume tolerances of accuracy class A in accordance with ISO 1042. Each unit is laser-etched on the base with a unique serial number (three letters plus four digits) that is recorded on the accompanying individual certificate documenting the measured volume, measurement uncertainty and issue date. An ergonomic polyethylene stopper enables rapid, secure opening and closing. The flask is calibrated to contain (“In”) at the +20 °C reference temperature and is fitted with a ground joint NS 14/23. These flasks from manufacturer Duran/DWK Life Sciences are suited to the preparation and storage of standard solutions, measurement of liquid volumes, dilution, mixing of components and volumetric analysis.
