Description

The DURAN® Woulff bottle with bottom tubulature, three necks NS 19/26 and 500 mL nominal volume is a borosilicate glass 3.3 vessel for vacuum apparatus. It acts as a collection flask during gas generation or for cleaning and drying gases, and is often used as an intermediate vessel to prevent sudden vacuum collapse and liquid suck-back into the pump. Three standard ground joints support gas inlet or outlet, while the additional bottom tubulature provides extra access. Wall thickness and geometry ensure vacuum resistance and a tight ground-joint closure; a fired white print remains permanently durable. Applications include collecting and dissolving gases in liquids, gas preparation, safe vacuum work and series gas purification. Supplied as a single piece by Duran/DWK Life Sciences, the bottle offers high user safety under pressure and vacuum conditions for laboratory use.
