DURAN® YOUTILITY® GL 45 screw cap in cyan polypropylene is an ergonomically optimised laboratory closure designed for fast, secure opening and closing of GL 45 bottles. Practical grip recesses, a reverse-cone profile and a reduced diameter improve handling, especially for smaller hands and when working with gloves. The shortened internal thread enables rapid engagement and remains fully compatible with all DIN GL 45 laboratory glass bottles. A proven sealing-lip system ensures high leak-tightness, while a dedicated marked area on the cap accepts labels for clear content identification; the matching self-adhesive DURAN® YOUTILITY labelling system is available for this purpose. Manufactured from polypropylene (PP) by Duran/DWK Life Sciences, the cyan cap is versatile for everyday laboratory use. Typical applications include autoclaving and preparation of media and reagents, sampling, storage of media and reagents, as well as transport and shipping. Supplied as a single piece.
