Description

Electric lifting platform LIFT 240 is a compact laboratory jack with motor and control electronics fully integrated into the platform body. Retracted dimensions are 240 x 240 x 120 mm; maximum height is 300 mm on a 240 x 240 mm work surface. Dynamic load capacity reaches 25 kg, lifting speed is 480 mm/min and maximum scissor travel is 180 mm. High-precision scissor mechanics in 18/10 steel and the electronic components are permanently protected by a chemical-resistant PTFE bellows. The design remains absolutely stable at rest and wobble-free while raising or lowering, giving reliable safety in confined fume-hood workspaces. Because a closed fume hood is safest, operation is handled by remote control (3 V lithium cell CR2430). The electric Lift 240 from manufacturer Bochem is dimensionally identical to the mechanical 240 x 240 mm platform, so both variants can be exchanged freely in existing set-ups. An end stop is adjustable manually on the exterior. Housing and work surface are 18/10 stainless steel; protection class is IP 30. Transformer supply accepts 100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz with 12 V output. Unit weight is 6 kg and noise emission stays below 80 dB(A).

Questions about Electrical lift LIFT 240, LxWxH: 240 x, 240 x 120 mm, 25 kg max, max. H 300 mm

What is this article?

Electrical lift LIFT 240, LxWxH: 240 x, 240 x 120 mm, 25 kg max, max. H 300 mm is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bochem for laboratory use. It sits in Stands, rods & bases, inside Stands, clamps & racks, in Labware.

A retort stand is a base and a rod. The base mass keeps a clamped flask from tipping. Rod diameter decides which bossheads fit. A light base under a heavy condenser is how glassware falls.

A stand, a clamp and a rack hold something still so the hands can do the work. A bosshead locks a clamp to a rod. A test-tube rack keeps tubes upright and in an order the operator can read back. The failure is almost always mechanical: the clamp slips, or the rack does not match the tube diameter. The glass they support is indexed under ISO laboratory glassware.
