Description
Rinse filter/pipe interrupter combination G1 is a pre-assembled network separation unit for drinking-water installations that meets DVGW and DIN 1988 Part 4 requirements. The package combines a fine rinse filter with a CA295 system separator and is delivered ready for mounting with wall brackets, dowels and screws from manufacturer Evoqua Water Technologies. The filter path uses a brass upper housing, high-grade plastic body and Trogomid bowl with a synthetic mesh insert at 85 µm filtration rating. Full-surface rinsing with raw water proceeds without interrupting supply; particles discharge automatically when the ball valve opens via the integrated 14 mm drain connection. Rated flow is 2,4 m³/h at 0,2 bar pressure loss, with maximum operating pressure 10 bar and maximum filter operating temperature 30 °C. Connection is R 3/4'' male; installation length 118 mm, overall height 255 mm and installation depth 124 mm. The system separator safeguards against back pressure, backflow and back-siphonage for fluids up to liquid category 3 per DIN EN 1717, with G 1'' / 3/4'' pipe connections, 50 mm drain diameter, PN10 rating, minimum inlet pressure 1,5 bar and horizontal installation. Approvals include KIWA, WRAS, BELGAQUA and NF (DN 15). Compact layout, integrated dirt strainer, low pressure drop and free access to internals support reliable process and laboratory water protection.

Questions about Flushing filter/ Backflow prevention, G1'' / R3/4''
What is this article?
Flushing filter/ Backflow prevention, G1'' / R3/4'' is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Evoqua Water Technologies for laboratory use. It sits in Hose connectors, adapters & fittings, inside Tubing, hoses & fittings, in Labware.
A hose connector or adapter joins two lines, or steps one bore down to another. The barb diameter has to match the tube, and the thread has to match the stopcock or the bottle. Most leaks are a mismatch here, not a hole in the tube.
Tubing is how a liquid or a gas moves between two vessels without being poured. Silicone stays flexible and survives repeated autoclaving. PTFE resists almost every solvent and is stiff. PVC is the ordinary flexible line for water and for mild aqueous work. The fitting, not the tube, is what usually leaks: the barb, the thread and the stopcock have to match the tube bore. Glass and plastic apparatus around these lines is indexed under ISO laboratory ware.
