The 10 ml volume suits precise portioning and small-batch sampling in hygienic production lines and laboratories. Each spoon is produced, assembled and packed under cleanroom class 7 conditions, then individually wrapped and gamma-ray sterilised for single-use applications. Its blue colour does not occur naturally in food, enabling rapid visual detection if a tool or fragment enters the product stream, and thereby supporting HACCP, IFS and BRC foreign-body controls. The spoon complies with EU food-contact and FDA guideline expectations and is aimed at food processing, feed manufacture and pharmaceutical environments.
