The directly heated copper chamber offers a compact, stackable footprint with field-reversible door hinging. THRIVE active airflow gently circulates clean, humidified air for homogeneous conditions and restores critical parameters within 10 minutes after door openings, while auto-stop reduces exchange when the door is open. In-chamber HEPA filtration processes the full air volume every 60 seconds and achieves ISO 5 cleanroom-class air quality within five minutes. A covered, integrated, directly heated humidity reservoir maintains relative humidity of at least 93 %, prevents medium spillage into the water, keeps the chamber condensation-free and recovers humidity about five times faster than removable pan designs, with fill and drain possible without removing shelves or cultures. Dual temperature sensors, TC CO2 sensing with rH compensation (1 to 20 %), and the validated overnight Steri-Run 180 °C high-temperature sterilization cycle support contamination control without separate autoclaving of parts.
