Description
Culture cultivation device (Aerne control) 4x10 litres is a laboratory unit for controlled culture preparation with four 10-litre culture vessels. The white polypropylene (PP) housing has a material thickness of 10 mm. A rotatable foil keypad allows parameter entry across five programmable setting ranges: pasteurisation temperature 10 °C–99 °C and pasteurisation time from 1 min to 100 hours; maturation temperature 10–60 °C and maturation time from 1 min to 100 hours; and final cooling 10–40 °C, with automatic storage of parameters. Water inlet is via a 1/2-inch hose connection. The heating element is chrome-nickel steel, and the circulation pump delivers 15 l/min. Culture vessels are chrome-nickel steel with lid and stirrer; the mother-culture bottle is Duran glass. The base frame uses 25×25 mm square tubes in anodised aluminium. Mains connection is 3~400/N/PE 16A. This configuration from manufacturer Aerne Analytic is supplied as 1 pc for culture cultivation workflows in laboratory and process environments.

Questions about Incubator (Aerne-Control) 4x10 Liter
What is this article?
Incubator (Aerne-Control) 4x10 Liter is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Aerne Analytic for laboratory use. It sits in Incubators, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.
An incubator holds the mild, even temperature a culture needs, often 25 °C or 37 °C, sometimes with carbon dioxide. It is not a drying oven. Uniformity and, for cells, the gas control are the specification. A flask of cells in a drying oven is a dead flask.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
