Description

Culture cultivation device (Aerne control) 6 × 10 litres is a multi-vessel laboratory system for controlled culture preparation, combining pasteurisation, maturation and final cooling in one unit. The white polypropylene housing has a material thickness of 10 mm and accommodates six chrome-nickel steel culture vessels, each of 10 litres capacity, fitted with lids and stirrers. A rotatable membrane keypad with five programmable setting ranges supports pasteurisation temperatures from 10 °C to 99 °C and times from 1 minute to 100 hours, maturation between 10 °C and 60 °C over the same time span, and final cooling from 10 °C to 40 °C, with automatic parameter storage. Water is supplied via a ½-inch hose connection; a chrome-nickel steel heating element and a circulation pump rated at 15 l/min promote uniform thermal conditions. Mother culture bottles in Duran glass support starter handling. The anodised aluminium base frame uses 25 × 25 mm square tubing, and the mains connection is 3~400/N/PE 16 A. This configuration from manufacturer Aerne Analytic suits dairy, food and biotechnology laboratories that need reproducible multi-litre culture workflows.

Questions about Incubator (Aerne-Control) 6x10 Liter

What is this article?

Incubator (Aerne-Control) 6x10 Liter is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Aerne Analytic for laboratory use. It sits in Incubators, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.

An incubator holds the mild, even temperature a culture needs, often 25 °C or 37 °C, sometimes with carbon dioxide. It is not a drying oven. Uniformity and, for cells, the gas control are the specification. A flask of cells in a drying oven is a dead flask.

Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
