Industrial scale IXC 30K-3M is a heavy-duty platform scale built for rough industrial use, with dual weighing ranges of 15 kg and 30 kg and readability of 0,005 kg; 0,0. It follows a uniform, comfortable operating concept that stays consistent across design, menu structure, key functions, interface connection and protocol. For Industry 4.0 workflows, data and control commands can optionally be exchanged via up to four interfaces configured to need: two wired options (RS-232, Ethernet, USB or analogue module) and two wireless options (WLAN, Bluetooth). Each interface can be set independently—for continuous PC logging, stable-value printing, device control at target weight, or tablet monitoring. Optional alibi memory supports paperless archiving of weighing results, including legally controlled weighings for electronic evaluation. Query and remote control are possible via computer or CRM/ERP systems using the KERN Communication Protocol. The platform combines a stainless-steel weighing plate, painted steel substructure and a silicone-coated aluminium load cell with dust and splash protection IP65; the stainless-steel indicator is IP68-rated with a brightly backlit 48 mm display and integrated mains supply.
