Description

Ceramic chamber furnace SNOL 7,2/1100 LSC01 is a high-precision electric ceramic furnace intended for hardening, annealing, normalizing and other thermal processing procedures up to 1100 °C. The solid ceramic chamber provides a usable volume of 7,2 l with internal dimensions of 195 mm width, 295 mm depth and 125 mm height, while heating elements mounted in four walls support even heat distribution in the working space. A microprocessor temperature controller (Omron E5CC basic model) delivers precise regulation, with temperature stability of ±1 °C and uniformity of ±10 °C at rated temperature after equilibration without load. Maximum heat-up time without charge is 150 minutes. The side-opening door includes a safety switch, and the control panel is arranged in the lower furnace section. An optional exhaust chimney can be fitted to help keep process gases released during heat treatment from entering the room. Electrical ratings are 3,3 kW, 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase, protection class IP20. External dimensions are 445 × 590 × 525 mm; net weight is 50 kg and gross weight 65 kg. Suited to scientific laboratories, educational institutions, medicine and industry, this furnace from manufacturer SnolTherm combines high-temperature resistance, a ceramic floor plate and low power consumption for reliable everyday thermal work.

Questions about Keramik - Kammerofen 7,2 L 1100°C

What is this article?

Keramik - Kammerofen 7,2 L 1100°C is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes SnolTherm for laboratory use. It sits in Muffle & tube furnaces, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.

A muffle furnace surrounds a sample with heat for ashing or ignition, often to 1100 °C. A tube furnace heats a sample in a controlled atmosphere inside a tube. The maximum temperature and the chamber size are the specification. A drying oven is not a furnace.

Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
