Description

DURAN® laboratory bottle in brown borosilicate glass 3.3 provides a 250 ml capacity vessel with GL 45 thread for light-protected storage of reagents, media and samples. The amber borosilicate glass 3.3 body combines high chemical resistance with thermal durability and effective shielding against UV and visible light. A DIN thread conforming to ISO 7496, permanent white graduations and a white marking area support accurate volume reading and clear sample labelling. Each bottle is fitted with a blue polypropylene screw cap and pouring ring for secure closure and controlled pouring. Height is 143 mm and diameter 70 mm, offering a stable, space-efficient profile for benches, racks and cabinets. The bottle and closure assembly is autoclavable, enabling repeated sterilisation cycles in analytical, pharmaceutical and research environments. Supplied by manufacturer Hirschmann, these laboratory bottles are intended for chemical storage, sample handling and routine media work where a standardised GL 45 neck and light protection are essential. Multipack supply supports efficient laboratory inventory management.
