Description
Pass-through oven UF260TS is a universal laboratory drying and heating chamber with a working volume of 256 l and a temperature range from 20 °C to 250 °C. TwinDISPLAY control, stainless steel doors on both sides and two grid shelves support convenient pass-through operation between process zones. An electronically adjustable exhaust air flap from 0 % to 100 % in 10 % steps and matching fan-speed control allow fine process tuning. Ethernet provides protocol readout, programme transfer and online logging; a USB port on the ControlCOCKPIT accepts a stick for data handling. Multiple overtemperature protection and an integrated data logger with at least ten years of storage capacity strengthen process safety. Three calibration values can be set on the ControlCOCKPIT, and a factory calibration certificate for +160 °C is included. Structured stainless steel housing measures 825 x 1314 x 682 mm; the stainless steel interior is 640 x 800 x 500 mm. Supply is 230 V, 50/60 Hz with a maximum power consumption of approximately 3400 W. This unit from manufacturer Memmert suits drying, heating and related laboratory workflows. Net weight is 138 kg.

Questions about Pass-through oven UF260TS, 256l, 20-250°C
What is this article?
Pass-through oven UF260TS, 256l, 20-250°C is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Memmert for laboratory use. It sits in Drying ovens & climate chambers, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.
A drying oven holds a temperature above ambient to drive off water or to condition a sample. A climate chamber also holds humidity. Uniformity across the chamber, not only the set point, decides whether two samples on different shelves saw the same conditions.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
