PD-Tips II set is a ready-to-use assortment of precision dispenser tips II (BRAND®) containing 20 tips each of the volumes 0,5 ml, 1,25 ml, 2,5 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml and 12,5 ml. The non-sterile tips incorporate patented type coding and are supplied with a batch certificate for full lot traceability. Automatic size recognition is supported on HandyStep® touch, HandyStep® electronic, Gilson® Repetman® and Rainin™ AutoRep E instruments. In addition the tips can be used with HandyStep® S, HandyStep®, Rainin AutoRep™ S, Rainin AutoRep™ M, Eppendorf® Multipette® 4780 and Eppendorf® EDOS® 5221 systems. PD-Tips II themselves are not autoclavable, whereas the corresponding adapters are autoclavable. Offered by manufacturer Marienfeld, this single-set pack equips laboratories with a complete volume range of positive-displacement dispenser tips for repetitive pipetting and dispensing workflows, eliminating the need to stock multiple individual sizes while ensuring consistent performance across common repeater platforms.
