PULVERISETTE 29 mini cutting mill 100 - 120 V/1~, 50-60 Hz, 500 - 6000 rpm is a compact laboratory mill for comminution of medium-hard, soft, brittle, tough, fibrous, visco-elastic and temperature-sensitive materials such as grain, seeds, plastics and other low-density samples. Maximum feed size is 25 mm; final fineness is set by interchangeable sieve inserts from 0,25 mm to 6 mm. Variable rotor speed between 500 and 6000 rpm allows the cutting process to be matched to each sample, delivering up to 48 000 cutting events per minute. Progressive cutting geometry between rotor knives and fixed counter-knives continuously advances and shears the material to the desired fineness, while the sieve insert automatically maintains optimal rotor clearance and virtually eliminates dead space. Rotor and fixed knives are reversible for long service life; no cutting-gap adjustment is required. The grinding chamber and tools clean quickly and thoroughly.
