Description

QuEChERS Clean-up Mix ROTI®XBond Diamino/Carbon/C18ec is a multi-sorbent blend prepared for AOAC 2007.01 QuEChERS clean-up of complex sample extracts. Each unit contains 50 mg diamino (PSA), 7,5 mg carbon (GCB), 50 mg C18ec and 150 mg MgSO4, targeting organic acids, pigments, non-polar interferences and residual water in a single dispersive step. This combination is widely applied in multi-residue pesticide analysis of fruit, vegetable and other food matrices where chlorophyll and lipid removal improve chromatographic clarity. Supplied as 100 pieces, the mix supports reproducible dSPE workflows in environmental and residue laboratories. Available from manufacturer Carl ROTH as part of the ROTI®XBond series, it integrates into established solid-phase extraction and QuEChERS routines without extra weighing of individual sorbents. Pre-portioned units help maintain consistent recoveries, reduce handling time and stabilise clean-up performance across high-throughput sample batches.

Questions about QuEChERS Clean-up-Mix ROTI®XBond AOAC 2007.01 Diamino/Carbon/C18 ec mix

What is this article?

QuEChERS Clean-up-Mix ROTI®XBond AOAC 2007.01 Diamino/Carbon/C18 ec mix is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Carl Roth for laboratory use. It sits in SPE cartridges & columns, inside SPE & sample preparation, in Chromatography equipment.

An SPE cartridge holds a bed of sorbent. Bed mass, sorbent chemistry and volume are the specification. A 100 mg C18 cartridge and a 1 g C18 cartridge take different sample loads and different elution volumes. The method names all three.

Solid-phase extraction holds a compound on a sorbent while the rest of the sample is washed away, then releases it in a small volume. The sorbent, the bed mass and the solvents are the method. Silica, ion exchangers and polymer phases do different jobs. A flash column is the same idea scaled toward purification rather than trace cleanup. The molecules are on PubChem, named by IUPAC.
