Bis-Tris precast gels are ready to use for SDS-PAGE in the MOPS (or MES) buffer system. The optimized gel formula provides improved resolution, more accurate results, and longer shelf life compared to conventional Laemmli Tris-HCl gels. Q-PAGE™ Bis-Tris Precast Gels are available as gradient gels (4–12%) and as gels with fixed polyacrylamide concentrations (8% and 12%) in 12- and 15-well formats. The cassettes come in two different sizes: Mini (W × L: 10 × 8.3 cm) and Midi (W × L: 10 × 10 cm). All Q-PAGE™ Bis-Tris Precast Gels contain stacking gels with 4% polyacrylamide. They are delivered sealed (preserved in Tris-Glycine buffer).
