Description
SmartBlock cryo thaw is a thermoblock for 24 cryo vessels from 1,5 mL to 2 mL, with a maximum outer diameter of 12,7 mm and a flat bottom. It replaces order number 5367000025 and is intended for controlled thawing and temperature work with cryogenic sample tubes. An optimised block design supports efficient heat transfer into the sample, helping achieve consistent thermal conditions across positions. Integrated sensor technology enables SmartBlock-specific calibration for high temperature accuracy and homogeneity; each unit is individually checked for temperature accuracy in production and supplied with a serial-number-specific certificate for documentation. Thermal insulation of the blocks supports ergonomic handling and reduces the risk of finger burns in line with the PhysioCare Concept®. Automatic block recognition aids safe operation, while QuickRelease technology allows fast, tool-free exchange of blocks. These SmartBlocks are compatible only with ThermoMixer C and ThermoStat C systems from manufacturer Eppendorf. Supplied as 1 piece with a net weight of 0,450 kg and gross weight of 0,500 kg, the accessory suits routine laboratory workflows that demand reproducible cryo-vessel temperature control.

Questions about SmartBlock cryo thaw 24x 1.5mL-2mL
What is this article?
SmartBlock cryo thaw 24x 1.5mL-2mL is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Eppendorf for laboratory use. It sits in Heating & cooling (other), inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.
This shelf holds heating and cooling equipment that is not a furnace, a mantle, a bath, an oven or an incubator. The question is still the range, the stability and what the heat actually touches.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
Which category should I open next?
The category is Heating, drying & cooling. The sub-category is Heating & cooling (other). The catalogue is Lab instruments.
Shelves beside this one are Muffle & tube furnaces, Heating mantles, Circulators, chillers & thermostats, Drying ovens & climate chambers, Water & oil baths, Hot plates & heating blocks, Incubators, Temperature control accessories, Laboratory refrigerators & freezers, Autoclaves & sterilisers, Bunsen & gas burners and Heating tapes, cables & plates.
What should I check before I order?
When this page shows a safety data sheet, use that manufacturer file. Hazard text does not belong in the sales description. For a pack size, a grade or a certificate that is not on the page, send a quote request or contact the team.
