SONOREX TECHNIK RM 182 is a rinse bath with integrated overflow pocket and a working capacity of 226,0 litres, designed for industrial cleaning, service and maintenance lines without built-in heating or ultrasound. The welded oscillating tank is fabricated from 2 mm stainless steel 1.4404 to withstand intensive daily use. A modular construction supports configurations ranging from a single rinse station to a complete multi-stage cleaning line. The overflow pocket allows connection of an oil separator so that floating oil films can be removed from the process solution; a spray pipe directs surface oils into this pocket. Level switches provide dry-run protection for associated heaters and ultrasonic transducers when the bath is integrated into a larger system. Height-adjustable feet, rounded side and bottom corners, and a sloping tank floor simplify cleaning, improve fluid drainage and reduce residue build-up. Operating controls are mounted high on the tank for convenient access. Internal dimensions are 1000 × 500 × 400/420 mm. Emptying is handled by a G 1 three-way ball valve with hose and hose nozzles (brass, electroplated), fitted on the left side.
