STAMMOPUR Z is a cement remover and denture cleaner concentrate for ultrasonic use in dental medicine. It supports instrument reprocessing and prosthesis cleaning on instruments, accessories and components of medical devices, as well as on new and worn dental prostheses and orthoses in dental practices, clinics, oral surgery, orthodontics and dental laboratories. The preparation removes cements, tartar, deposits, temporary fillings, oxides and flux residues from stainless steel, precious metals, titanium, glass, porcelain, ceramics and plastics. Free from acetic and hydrochloric acid and biologically degradable, STAMMOPUR Z from manufacturer Bandelin develops its strong cleaning action only together with ultrasound. Use is exclusively indirect in insert vessels such as plastic trays or beakers; dosage is 5 % with 3–10 minutes exposure, prepared cold without extra heating. The strongly acidic formulation is unsuitable for acid-sensitive materials such as light metals or damaged chrome plating. Acid-resistant cements including glass ionomer cements are not removed. Optics, light guides, bonded parts, drills and other rotating small instruments must not be treated with this concentrate. Supplied as a 2,0 l pack for professional users only.
