TICKOPUR R 36 surfactant-free universal cleaner for ultrasonic cleaning is a liquid concentrate formulated for tenside-free cleaning of assembled and disassembled machines, tools, instruments and parts in industry, workshops and laboratories. It is especially suited to analytical work and any task where surfactants would interfere. From manufacturer Bandelin, TICKOPUR R 36 is optimised for SONOREX ultrasonic baths and is also suitable for immersion, wipe and high-pressure cleaning. When used correctly it delivers fast, material-friendly results. The cleaner removes distillation residues, organic and inorganic deposits, and oily or greasy soiling from cuvettes, components and equipment made of metal including light metals, glass, ceramics, plastics and rubber. Properties include high concentration with dosing from 0,25 %, pH 9,9 at 1 %, demulsifying behaviour and biodegradability. Ultrasonic application typically uses 0,25–5 % dosage, 1–10 minutes sonication and 20–80 °C. High material compatibility is stated; preliminary tests on sensitive materials are recommended.
