TICKOPUR TR 13 is an alkaline intensive cleaner concentrate for cleaning and degreasing disassembled and complete machines, tools, equipment, vehicle fuel injectors for diesel and petrol, and parts used in industry, trade and laboratories. The liquid concentrate is intended especially for SONOREX ultrasonic cleaners and is also suitable for immersion and wipe cleaning. Correct use supports fast, material-compatible cleaning; warming the bath up to 80 °C accelerates the process. TICKOPUR TR 13 removes resinification, carbonisation residues, soot, greases, oils, waxes, pigments, colour haze and drilling, grinding, polishing and lapping residues from steel, stainless steel, precious metal, glass, ceramics, plastics and rubber. Solutions are demulsifying, so oily soils float for easy removal, extending bath life without impairing light-liquid separators. Available as a 5 L pack from manufacturer Bandelin, the silicate-free, biodegradable concentrate is alkaline with pH 11,9 at 1 %. Typical ultrasonic dosage is 0,1–10 % for 1–10 minutes at 20–80 °C; injector cleaning is often run at 10 %, 2–10 min and 60 °C. Alkali-sensitive materials such as light metals, tin, zinc and non-ferrous metals may be attacked, so preliminary tests are advised. For commercial users only.
