The Tube furnace TS3 12/125/1200 CC-T1 is a horizontal three-zone split tube furnace engineered for continuous use up to 1200 °C. Resistance-wire heating elements are embedded in high-grade vacuum-formed fibre insulation. With a 1200 mm heated zone it accepts work tubes of 1550 mm under air or 1800 mm under protective gas; maximum tube outer diameter without work tube is 125 mm. External furnace dimensions are 430×1465×575 mm (H×W×D) and the separate control unit measures 220×655×480 mm. Maximum power is 4,46 kW, monitored by a type N thermocouple; electrical connection is 400 V, 3-phase with earth and neutral, 50 Hz. The furnace body from Carbolite Gero stands directly on a bench for horizontal operation and is linked to the controller by a 2 m detachable cable. Its CC-T1 program controller and data logger provides a 4,3" touchscreen, 10 programs with 24 segments each, front USB and rear Ethernet, CSV data recording, real-time clock with programmable start, multi-language support and password-protected operator, supervisor and administrator levels. Matching air, protective-gas or vacuum packages are required; digital over-temperature protection remains optional.
