Description
Ashing furnace SNOL 22/1100 LHM21 is a high-precision muffle furnace designed for ashing processes up to 1100 °C. An integrated exhaust chimney with fan actively removes smoke and moisture generated during heat treatment, preventing release of process gases into the laboratory atmosphere. The continuous chamber consists of a vacuum fibre module with built-in heating elements and ecological thermal insulation, ensuring rapid heat-up, low energy use and uniform temperature distribution. A ceramic bottom plate and door switch complete the safety features; temperature control is provided by a microprocessor regulator (Omron E5CC standard). Useful volume is 22 l with chamber dimensions 280 mm width, 500 mm depth and 160 mm height. External dimensions are 605 mm × 905 mm × 620 mm (chimney adds approximately 20–85 mm to overall height). Power consumption is 3,0 kW at 230 V / 50 Hz single-phase. Maximum heat-up without charge is 50 min, stability ±1 °C and uniformity ±10 °C. Net weight 58 kg. Supplied by manufacturer SnolTherm, the unit is ideal for scientific laboratories, educational facilities, medical and industrial ashing applications.

Questions about Ashing Furnace – Muffle Furnace with Exhaust Chimney 22 L 1100 °C
What is this article?
Ashing Furnace – Muffle Furnace with Exhaust Chimney 22 L 1100 °C is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes SnolTherm for laboratory use. It sits in Muffle & tube furnaces, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.
A muffle furnace surrounds a sample with heat for ashing or ignition, often to 1100 °C. A tube furnace heats a sample in a controlled atmosphere inside a tube. The maximum temperature and the chamber size are the specification. A drying oven is not a furnace.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
