ANALYSETTE 18 Heavy Duty Sieve Shaker

ANALYSETTE 18 heavy-duty analytical sieve shaker for 115 V/1~ is a vibration sieve machine built specifically for large sample quantities in particle size analysis and fractionation of coarse-grained materials. Dry sieving covers a measuring range from 20 µm to 125 mm, with a maximum sample load of approximately 15 kg and typical sieving times of about 5 to 60 minutes; maximum sieve diameter is 450 mm / 18". Two unbalanced motors mounted counter-phase at a defined angle generate three-dimensional vibration of the analytical sieves on the sieve plate, accelerating material both vertically and horizontally. This shortens sieving time and improves separation sharpness while avoiding the weight-related drawbacks of lighter machines. Up to 12 analytical sieves of 65 mm height plus pan and lid can be used per run; a universal clamping plate accepts sieves of Ø 200, 250, 300, 315, 350, 400 and 450 mm (or 8, 12, 16 or 18 inch). The unit from manufacturer Fritsch includes automatic amplitude control with continuous acceleration measurement of the full sieve stack, TwinNut quick-clamping for constant pressure, remote control via a separate handset, and the multilingual AUTOSIEB evaluation software on USB stick. Standard supply comprises clamping device and sieve lid without analytical sieves or pan; two maintenance-free motors and robust construction suit demanding laboratory and pilot-line environments.
