CO2 incubator ICO105 is a stainless-steel CO2 culture incubator with a chamber volume of 108 l for controlled cell and tissue work. The working temperature range extends from 5 °C above ambient to 50 °C, with a setting range of 20 °C to 50 °C. CO2 concentration is regulated by a dual-beam NDIR measuring system and is adjustable from 0 % to 20 %. Humidity is limited by a Peltier element; with the water tray filled and inserted, relative humidity in the interior is held at 93 % rh ± 2,5 %. An electronic microprocessor temperature controller with Pt1000 sensor and self-diagnostic system, six-sided all-round heating, a fully insulated stainless-steel outer door and an inner glass door are fitted. The unit is supplied with one water tray and one stainless-steel perforated shelf. Multiple over-temperature protection and under-temperature alarm, plus a stored sterilisation programme, are included. A factory calibration certificate is provided for +37 °C and 5 % CO2. Structural stainless-steel housing measures 708 × 683 × 586 mm; the stainless-steel interior is 560 × 480 × 400 mm. Supply voltage is 230 V, 50/60 Hz with maximum power consumption of approximately 1450 W.
