CO2 Incubator ICO240 is a TwinDISPLAY laboratory incubator with a 241 l stainless steel chamber for controlled cell culture and related incubation work. The setting temperature range is 18 °C to 50 °C, with a working range from 5 °C above ambient up to 50 °C, maintained by six-sided all-round heating and an electronic microprocessor controller with Pt100 sensor and self-diagnosis system. CO2 is regulated from 0 % to 20 % using dual-beam NDIR measurement. With the water tray filled and inserted, a Peltier element limits relative humidity in the interior to 93 % rh ± 2,5 %. The unit combines a fully insulated stainless steel outer door with a heated inner glass door, one water tray and two perforated stainless steel shelves. Multiple over- and under-temperature protection and a stored sterilisation programme support safe operation. Exterior dimensions are 759 x 1180 x 691 mm and interior dimensions 600 x 810 x 500 mm; supply is 230 V, 50/60 Hz at approximately 1650 W maximum power. A factory calibration certificate for +37 °C and 5 % CO2 is supplied with this model from manufacturer Memmert. Housing and interior are stainless steel throughout.
