Description
Container heater P-Series rapidLine is a jacket-style heater designed for 1000 L IBC containers, delivering 1850 W in a single heating zone at 230 V AC with a maximum permissible operating temperature of 90 °C. The outer shell is made of water-repellent polyester fabric and is secured by adjustable lashing straps with buckles and fixing hooks. Overall length is 4400 mm, heated length 3900 mm and height 1000 mm, giving broad surface coverage around the container. Protection class II and IP54 construction support use in laboratory, technical and industrial environments; for outdoor placement additional weather protection such as a canopy or outdoor cover is advised. Uniform heat distribution and heat input characterise the design; an optional insulating lid is recommended when faster warm-up is needed. Continuous operation together with a suitable temperature controller is required. An EX version is also available. With a net weight of 8 kg, this container heater from manufacturer Winkler provides a practical, evenly heating solution for temperature control of large intermediate bulk containers in process and storage applications.

Questions about Container heater P-Series rapidLine 1000L 230V 1.850W Tmax. 90°C
What is this article?
Container heater P-Series rapidLine 1000L 230V 1.850W Tmax. 90°C is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Winkler for laboratory use. It sits in Muffle & tube furnaces, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Instruments de laboratoire.
A muffle furnace surrounds a sample with heat for ashing or ignition, often to 1100 °C. A tube furnace heats a sample in a controlled atmosphere inside a tube. The maximum temperature and the chamber size are the specification. A drying oven is not a furnace.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
