Le manteau chauffant standard PILZ® -Classic-Line- G2 est un manteau chauffant de laboratoire pour ballons à fond rond de 1000 ml avec un diamètre de ballon de 131 mm. Il fonctionne à 230 VAC avec une puissance nominale de 450 W et une température de fonctionnement maximale admissible de 450 °C. Le corps chauffant est crocheté à la main en soie de verre afin de favoriser un transfert de chaleur uniforme vers la surface du ballon. Deux zones de chauffage sont commandées par un commutateur rotatif série-parallèle qui sélectionne OFF, 25 %, 50 % ou 100 % de puissance : 25 % relie les zones 1 et 2 en série, 50 % alimente uniquement la zone inférieure et 100 % fait fonctionner les deux zones en parallèle.
