Hot air sterilizer SN55 is a medical-device hot-air sterilizer with natural convection and a nominal volume of 53 l. The working temperature range extends from at least 5 °C above ambient up to +250 °C, while the set temperature range covers +20 °C to +250 °C. Equipped with SingleDISPLAY ControlCOCKPIT, one grid shelf and a stainless steel door, the unit includes an electronically adjustable exhaust air flap adjustable from 0 % to 100 % in 10 % steps. An Ethernet interface allows readout of protocol data. Double overtemperature protection and an integrated data logger with storage capacity for at least 10 years support documented operation; three calibration values can be set at the ControlCOCKPIT. A factory calibration certificate for +160 °C is supplied. The structured stainless steel housing measures 585 × 784 × 514 mm and the stainless steel interior 400 × 400 × 330 mm. Electrical connection is 230 V, 50/60 Hz, with maximum power consumption of approximately 2000 W.
