LAUDA PRO RP 245 EC cooling-heating circulation thermostat 230 V; 50 Hz is a compact tower circulating thermostat combining advanced microprocessor technology with an integrated cooling system for demanding laboratory temperature control. Working and operating temperature ranges extend from −45 to 200 °C with stability of ±0,05 K per DIN 12876. The instrument provides a 5,7'' multi-touch colour display with multi-finger gesture recognition, EasyUse operation and a detachable control console for remote use, plus user rights for up to 20 operators, USB data export, timer and countdown. Low-level and adjustable overtemperature protection with acoustic alarm support safe work with flammable and non-flammable bath liquids. A continuous electronic PID controller covers internal and external regulation, while PowerAdapt matches maximum heating output to the available supply. One hundred programmes with up to 50 segments each are available. The LAUDA Varioflex pump has eight selectable stages, rear pump connections and a low bath volume of 2,4–4,4 L for rapid temperature transitions in an insulated stainless-steel chamber with overflow and drain. SmartCool digital refrigeration with hybrid condenser cooling operates on natural refrigerant R-290. Maximum heating power is 2,5 kW; pressure-side delivery reaches 22 L/min at up to 0,7 bar. Overall size is 300 × 430 × 675 mm and net weight 43 kg. USB and Ethernet interfaces are fitted as standard on this unit from manufacturer Lauda, ready for 230 V; 50 Hz mains.
