Description

Reaction vessel, 3000 ml, DN 150 with groove is a cylindrical borosilicate glass 3.3 reactor intended for temperature-regulated laboratory and pilot-scale chemistry. The vessel has a round bottom, a plan flange DN 150 with groove, and a temperature control jacket fitted with two GL 18 threads plus a removable polypropylene olive of 10,8 mm. Tangential temperature connections promote even heat transfer through the jacket. An integrated bottom drain valve adjustable from 0 to 15 mm permits safe, controlled discharge of contents. Nominal volume is 3 l and net weight is 3,700 kg. Supplied by manufacturer Rettberg, the reactor supports organic synthesis, crystallization studies, process optimization and scale-up tasks in research and development laboratories. Its cylindrical form and standardized plan-flange interface allow easy combination with compatible lids, agitators, probes and peripheral equipment. Borosilicate glass 3.3 provides the chemical durability and thermal shock resistance required for demanding reaction conditions, making this vessel a reliable component within plan-flange reaction setups.

Questions about Reaction vessel, 3000 ml, DN 150, with groove, temp.-jacket with 2x GL 18,

What is this article?

Reaction vessel, 3000 ml, DN 150, with groove, temp.-jacket with 2x GL 18, is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Rettberg for laboratory use. It sits in Tubes de microcentrifugation & tubes à réaction, inside Microplaques, PCR & tubes de réaction, in Consommables.

A microcentrifuge tube, the familiar 1.5 mL or 2 mL flip-cap tube, holds a small reaction or a spin-down. The cap style, the centrifugal-force rating and whether the tube is low-binding are the specification. A PCR tube is thinner and is a different article.

A microplate is an array of wells so the same step can be done many times. A deep-well plate holds more volume. A PCR plate or a strip of tubes is thin-walled so the temperature of a cycler reaches the liquid quickly. A seal keeps the well from evaporating. The well number, the working volume and whether the plate is skirted for a robot are the choices. Diagnostic test systems are listed under ISO in vitro diagnostic systems. Methods are on PubMed.
