Each well offers a maximum volume of 150 µL when used with cap strips, while the low-profile design raises PCR efficiency and supports highest performance with small sample volumes. The plate conforms to SBS dimensional recommendations (127,76 × 85,47 mm ± 0,25 mm), is fully stackable and features an optimised frame that readily accepts barcodes for automated handling. Eight side-rim cut-outs simplify positioning and removal from thermoblocks. An integrated OptiTrack® matrix accelerates sample identification and reduces pipetting errors, making the plate equally suited to quantitative real-time PCR. Barcode versions are available on request. Supplied PCR clean in packs of 25 plates, this skirted format from manufacturer Eppendorf delivers consistent results across routine and high-throughput molecular biology applications.
