MIXdrive 1 XS HT stirring system with external control is a compact, wear-free magnetic stirrer offering one stirring position for volumes up to 1 000 ml. The fully encapsulated stainless-steel housing with silicone sealing reaches IP68 protection, rendering the unit water-, dust- and germ-tight and suitable for immersion in water or oil baths as well as use inside CO2 incubators and ovens. The HT version withstands continuous operation up to +95 °C when submerged in water baths and up to +200 °C in air or ovens, while the 100 % maintenance-free 2mag induction drive delivers powerful, jerk-free mixing even at low speeds with 100 % synchronous rotation. Maximum stirring power is 10 W at 48 VDC. Compact dimensions of 48 × 48 × 18 mm and a shipping weight of approximately 0,35 kg allow flexible placement in confined spaces. Developed and made in Germany by 2mag, the unit carries a three-year warranty on material and manufacturing defects. The external MIXcontrol unit must be ordered separately. Robust construction and easy cleaning make this stirrer ideal for demanding laboratory environments requiring reliable high-temperature mixing.
