The CO2 monitor is specially designed for long-term monitoring of climatic conditions in offices, classrooms or lecture halls, for example. The CO2 monitor has various sensors for this purpose. Among other things, the CO2 monitor has a carbon dioxide sensor up to 40000 ppm, a temperature sensor with a measurement range between 0 ... 50 °C, an ambient humidity sensor with a measurement range of 0 ... 100 % RH and a barometer with a measurement range of 300 ... 1250 hPa. This means that the CO2 monitor can be used in many applications thanks to its sensor diversity. The measured values are shown directly on the e-paper display of the CO2 monitor. The CO2 content of the ambient air is also displayed in the form of a traffic light.

During the measurement, the CO2 monitor can automatically record the measured values. The measured values are saved on the micro SD card as a .csv file. This allows the measurement data recorded by the CO2 monitor to be imported directly into a company's own database. With the help of the software, the measurement data from the CO2 monitor can be displayed graphically and in tabular form.
The CO2 monitor has an alarm function. This alarm mode can be used to set limit values for the individual sensors. As soon as the set limit value is reached on the CO2 monitor, this is indicated acoustically by a sound and visually by the alarm LED. Once the CO2 monitor falls below the limit value again, the alarm switches off automatically.

The measured values are shown numerically on the 2.7'' display of the CO2 monitor. For better analysis of the last measured values, the display can be switched to a histogram display. The energy-saving e-paper display enables a long battery life of the CO2 monitor. Depending on the settings, the battery can operate the CO2 monitor device for approx. 10 months before it needs to be recharged. In addition to being powered by the built-in rechargeable battery, the CO2 monitor can also be operated continuously via the USB-C charging cable.
