Description
All-layer sampler V4A, 55 cm, with 3 openings and 70 ml total volume is a stainless-steel zone sampler for homogeneous multi-layer or composite samples from bulk solids. Manufactured from stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A), it offers strong chemical resistance, a smooth surface that supports hygiene and cleaning, and suitability for autoclaving and flaming to reduce contamination risk. The open inner tube without separate chambers collects material across the full insertion path, delivering a generous mixed sample that reflects overall composition when layers vary inside containers, silos or heaps. Minimal clearance between inner and outer tubes limits residue build-up, while the removable tip simplifies cleaning between runs. The lance can be used vertically or horizontally in powders through to coarser granules. Typical fields include food, pharmaceutical, chemical and building-materials quality control, as well as research on composition and impurities. Operation is by turning the handle clockwise to close for insertion, anticlockwise to open and fill at depth, then clockwise to close for withdrawal; the composite sample is emptied through the handle opening. This robust all-layer collector from manufacturer Bürkle is supplied as 1 piece with a net weight of 1,25 kg for regular professional use.

Questions about All-layer-sampler, 316L, 55 cm, 3 openings, 70 ml
What is this article?
All-layer-sampler, 316L, 55 cm, 3 openings, 70 ml is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bürkle for laboratory use. It sits in Échantillonneurs & outils de prélèvement, in Consommables.
A sampler takes a portion that is supposed to stand for the whole: a liquid from a tank, a powder from a bag, a surface from a piece of equipment. The shape of the tool decides which part of the lot is actually collected. A sample that is only the top of the container is a different measurement. The analytical methods that follow are supported by PubChem and by EURAMET measurement practice.
