ANALYSETTE 3 PRO vibratory sieve shaker is designed for quantitative particle size analysis of solids and suspensions by dry or wet sieving using woven analytical sieves or micro-precision sieves. This top model offers automatic amplitude control, programme selection and can serve as a calibratable, validatable test instrument under ISO 9001 equipment monitoring. An electromagnetic drive produces vertical oscillation so sample material is periodically thrown upward and passes through the mesh of stacked sieves. Microprocessor control with digital display, AMPCONTROL amplitude regulation, auto-validation via RS232 and AUTOSIEV for Windows, storage of up to nine sieve programmes, micro and micro-interval modes, power-save function, and interval or continuous operation are included. Up to ten analytical sieves plus one pan (each 50 mm high) can be used per run; EASYTWIST sieve stack tensioning comes as standard. The modular unit from manufacturer Fritsch is delivered without sieve clamping lid, sieves or pan. Electrical supply is 100-120/200-240 V single-phase, 50/60 Hz at 50 watt, with an ergonomic IP65 membrane keypad and precise digital timer.
