ANALYSETTE 3 SPARTAN vibratory sieve shaker is intended for quantitative particle-size analysis of solids and suspensions of all kinds by dry or wet sieving with woven analytical sieves. As a classic throw-action sieve shaker, an electromagnetic drive imparts a vertical oscillating motion so that the sample is periodically tossed upward and driven through the mesh on the downward path. The instrument can be converted into a micro mill for fine comminution of dry laboratory samples or solids in suspension and for homogenising emulsions or pastes. Features include rapid conversion to the PULVERISETTE 0 vibratory micro mill, a precise digital timer, optical amplitude display, simple operation via an ergonomic IP65 membrane keypad, and a recyclable plastic housing. Up to ten analytical sieves plus one sieve pan, each 50 mm high, can be used per run. EASYTWIST sieve-stack clamping and AUTOSIEB for WINDOWS™ evaluation software are included. This unit from manufacturer Fritsch is supplied without sieve clamping lid, sieves or sieve pan, which are ordered separately. CE-marked with two-year warranty.
