Grâce à la formulation particulièrement conçue, la liaison antigène/anticorps est améliorée, tout en réduisant les signaux de bruit de fond en parallèle (Grube (2004) Arch Histol Cytol. 67:115-34 et Buchwalow et al. (2011) Sci Rep. 1:28). La stabilité des anticorps est considérablement améliorée.
La solution tampon convient à la dilution de tous les anticorps primaires et secondaires, de tous les anticorps mono- et polyclonaux, ainsi que de tous les anticorps marqués et non marqués. Les anticorps sont simplement dilués dans le diluant prêt à l'emploi et appliqués sur les lames après blocage. Pour réduire la quantité nécessaire et pour une utilisation optimisée des anticorps coûteux, nous recommandons d'utiliser le ROTI®Liquid Barrier Marker (rouge, Art. N° AN92, ou incolore, Art. N° AN91), afin de préparer de minuscules chambres d'incubation sur les lames.
